Its quick-drying, low-viscosity formula offers exceptional protection during in-plant processing, transit, and storage, making it an ideal solution for short-term rust prevention.

Performance & Coverage:
- Wet Film Thickness: 0.5 mils; Dry Film Thickness (DFT): 0.13 mils.
- Coverage: 6,600 sq. ft. per gallon when applied at the recommended wet film thickness.
- Protection Duration: Up to 1 year of indoor or undercover protection at the recommended dry film thickness.
Application Recommendations:
- Spray, Brush, Dip, or Roller: The product can be applied using various methods, making it flexible for different applications.
- Pump Ratios: Pumps with a ratio of 10:1 or greater are recommended for efficient use of the product.
- Spray Nozzles: Tungsten carbide nozzles with a .007″ to .009″ tip orifice size are recommended.
- Fluid Hose: High-pressure fluid hoses of no less than 3/8 in. diameter should be used for material hoses under 50 ft. in length, with larger hoses for longer distances.
