No, for payment security purposes, all orders must be placed online through our website.

Yes, for larger volume orders, we can review requests for payment terms.

Orders received for in stock items will be processed within 24-48 hours on business days, excluding holidays.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Carrollton, Texas

All orders will receive a confirmation email and a separate email once the order ships.

All small orders will ship via UPS.  Larger orders will be shipped via LTL carrier.

Most of our products on our site are in stock and ready for quick shipment, but there are times when we are waiting on new shipments of product to arrive at our facility.  In those situations, we will notify you by email and keep you informed on the shipment of your order.

Yes, we are an authorized seller for all of the products in our store.

Orders may be canceled up until the time of shipment.  Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

Please fill in the Sales Tax Exemption Form and attach the appropriate documents. Emultec Industrial will process this request and reply to you. Please note that sales tax on previously-placed orders can not be refunded.

Due to the nature of our products, once shipped, items may not be returned. Order cancellation requests are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate prior to order shipment.
