TECTYL® 7192 is a premium water-based cavity wax developed by Daubert Chemical Company as part of the TECTYL® Protective Coatings line. This innovative, non-flammable, and low VOC rustproofing solution is specifically designed to provide exceptional corrosion and protection for automobiles and transportation equipment. By forming a sophisticated protective barrier, TECTYL® 7192 safeguards internal areas of vehicles, including body cavities and seams, from rust and corrosion damage.

- Pump ratios: 15:1 or greater
- Tungsten Carbide Nozzle
- Tip size: 0.017″ to 0.025″
- Hose Specifications:
- Hoses under 50 feet: 3/8-inch diameter
- Hoses over 50 feet: 1/2-inch diameter
- High-pressure fluid hoses
- Application Conditions:
- Apply at temperatures above 50°F
- Ensures proper film formation
- Impervious to water 90 minutes after application
Storage and Handling
- Store above freezing temperatures
- If frozen, thaw gradually with gentle heating
- Thoroughly mix before use
- Removal: Use mineral spirits or citrus-based cleaners
