Description
TECTYL® 400C is a premium solvent-based, waxy corrosion preventive compound manufactured by Daubert Chemical Company. This specialized protective coating is designed as a more easily removable version of the legacy “506” product line, while still providing significant protection for metal surfaces during storage and shipment. Upon application, TECTYL® 400C forms a firm, wax-like, pliable, amber-colored translucent film that offers excellent resistance to corrosion from moisture, salt, and various environmental elements. With its flexible protective layer that resists cracking under mechanical stress, this product is ideal for long-term protection of metal parts in indoor and outdoor applications.
