Description

Metalworking coolant DuraKut 4010 is a synthetic fluid specifically formulated for grinding, sawing, and machining applications involving ferrous metals and some non-ferrous metals. It is designed to provide extended performance and long coolant life in both individual sumps and central systems. This product is particularly well-suited for various grinding processes, including Blanchard grinding, surface grinding, and centerless grinding, as well as for milling, turning, boring, and light drilling operations. In addition to its machining capabilities, DuraKut 4010 offers excellent rust protection for in-process parts, tools, and machines, ensuring durability and efficiency throughout its use.

Benefits

  1. Long Coolant Life: Formulated for central and individual systems, reducing dumping and maintenance costs.
  2. Bio-Stability: Resists rancidity and tolerates hard water.
  3. Low Misting and Foaming: Enhances workplace safety and cleanliness.
  4. Rust Protection: Prevents corrosion on tools, machines, and workpieces.
  5. Tramp Oil Rejection: Allows for easy removal of tramp oil.
  6. Chip and Fines Settling: Prevents grinding wheel buildup.
  7. Complete Transparency: Allows clear observation of the workpiece.
