All orders ship from our warehouse in Carrollton, Texas
All orders will receive a confirmation email and a separate email once the order ships.
All small orders will ship via UPS. Larger orders will be shipped via LTL carrier.
Most of our products on our site are in stock and ready for quick shipment, but there are times when we are waiting on new shipments of product to arrive at our facility. In those situations, we will notify you by email and keep you informed on the shipment of your order.
Yes, we are an authorized seller for all of the products in our store.
Orders may be canceled up until the time of shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Like all businesses, EmultecIndustrial.com is required to collect sales tax when shipping to certain jurisdictions. If your business or organization is tax exempt, please refer to our FAQ on how to get this added to your account.
